Vinyl and CD packaging design with promotional material for Brooklyn based rock musician Marco Argiro. The design was inspired by his traveling through California while making the record, creating psychedelic collages that evoke the 60's and 70's album covers.
The images from a studio shoot of Marco have been divided into parts, appearing in different panels of the CD & Vinyl packaging. The studio proposed a second cover for the vinyl packaging, as vinyls are often popular with the core fan-base. The design was selected by a jury for the Parsons Alumni Exhibition 2014 in New York.
The project was conceptualised, art directed and designed as part of BLOK design studio.
